We generally engage third parties for door-to-door delivery services in and outside of Singapore. As such, The BeHope Company Pte Limited shall in no way be liable for any damages during transportation.

Local deliveries for total items weight up to 5kg is S$3.90 Items weigh between 5kg - 10kg will be charged S$6.90 for delivery. FREE courier delivery in Singapore for purchase over S$60.00

For Singapore deliveries, third party deliveries are typically scheduled between 9am-10pm on weekdays only. Specific timing deliveries within a specified time slot may incur a delivery surcharge of S$30.00

For Singapore deliveries only - For any unsuccessful delivery after 3 consecutive attempts, a redelivery charge of S$15 per location applies and payable before the reattempt is made.

In general, deliveries are made within 3-4 working days excluding weekends and public holidays. No deliveries to 1.Changi Airport / 2.Alps Ave / 3.Sentosa / 4.Jurong Island.

For overseas retail customers, please contact us for an estimated shipping cost. The final cost agreed will be borne by the buyer.
